| Compensation management is one of the important strategic tools of enterprise management. An effective compensation system is a key factor to attract, motivate and remain people of ability. For the research on compensation system in Jilin A pharmaceutical Company, in this paper, some methods has been used, including: document analysis, current affair analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Firstly, we have discussed the background and significance of this treatise, the fundamental theory relative to the compensation has been expounded, too. Secondly, in order to find out compensation problems of A company, the compensation system is analyzed and diagnosed in three respects (compensation strategy, compensation institution, compensation management). According to the compensation strategy, on the basis of job analysis, job evaluation and compensation surveys, we have designed the compensation structure. Finally, after analyzing the operation and guarantee measure of compensation, we have made the conclusion of this thesis. |
