With the continuous development of the chemical industry market in the new era,more and more fierce market competition makes the talent competition in the chemical industry increasingly fierce.The competition of talents is the competition of human resources.Attracting and retaining talents is not only a problem that the chemical industry needs to face,but also a problem that all enterprises must face in human resources management.As an important module in human resource management,compensation management is not only related to the satisfaction of talents for the enterprise,but also related to the attraction and incentive of talents.Only scientific and reasonable employee compensation management can promote the promotion of the core competitiveness of human resources of enterprises.Therefore,this paper sorted out the relevant research results of salary management at home and abroad,and confirmed the theoretical basis of this paper by referring to the related research results of previous literatures.At the same time,to develop into a bottleneck period and need to attract retain talent by improving employee compensation management of TF chemical co.,LTD.,as the study case,for the current employee compensation management status in different levels and departments in the form of questionnaire survey jobs between workers interview and questionnaire survey,let this article research data both in quality or quantity more objective,detailed and complete.Scientifically according to the results of the survey data statistics analysis,this paper summarizes the research case enterprises existing staff salary management problem,and then based on the hierarchy of needs,equity incentive theory,two-factor theory for the enterprises to carry out scientific job analysis and value evaluation,and on this basis,further put forward the TF chemical co.,LTD.,the concrete scheme of employee compensation management improvement and implementation of security policy.The research in this paper will not only provide practical Suggestions for the improvement and innovation of the compensation management system of TF chemical co.,LTD.,but also provide references for the scientific construction of the compensation system of human resource management in the developing chemical enterprises in China. |
