Compensation Management is an important part of the whole human resource management system and the process of organization operation and Change.Compensation Management and other human resource management functions form cornerstone of the company’s mission,vision and strategic goals.After entering the 21 st century,with the global economic integration and the increasingly fierce market competition,new technologies and capabilities,new behaviors,even new values have become bargaining chip to determine the competitive position of enterprises.Only by keeping pace with the times and making fair and reasonable salary system,can enterprises gain the recognition of employees,improve their enthusiasm,thus retain talents,attract talents,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.This article takes LF company as the research object,elaborates the research background,the domestic and foreign correlation research present situation,carries on the combing and the summary to the salary concept,the salary management basic theory.Based on the related theories,this paper analyzes the general situation of LF company,the present situation of human resources and the present situation of salary.By using the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis,this paper do salary satisfaction survey to the employees,analyzes questions of LF Chemical Industry Limited Company Present Salary Management System as well as the reason of questions.In order to eliminate the limitation of the present compensation system and make up the deficiency,the paper puts forward the optimization scheme of LF company’s compensation system.This paper mainly discusses the optimization principles and objectives of the salary system of LF Company,and elaborates the optimization scheme from six aspects:salary strategy,salary level,salary structure,performance plan,promotion channel and welfare project.At the same time,this paper also describes the implementation effect of the compensation optimization plan of LF Company.By ensuring the smooth landing of the optimization scheme,we can finally retain and attract talents,so that LF Company can achieve healthy and sustainable development in the fierce competition.
