Recently years,the problems of quality safety are more and more found during the process of engineering blasting with the wide application of medium-length hole blasting technique in the exploitation of opencast mine.It becomes the safety production of precondition to solve well the problems.It aims at safety quality of Aergemin opencast coal mine such as the boulder,blasting tight bottom,umbrella rock,hard top,flying rock.The reason is analyzed and solution is put forward.That aimed mainly at medium-length hole bench blasting,presplitting blasting,broached groove drawdown blasting.Zoning of blasting is carried on combining with different spot geologic structure,and the optimal blasting scheme is put forward to improve blasting effect,increase working performance,and reduce production cost.Technically,the measures are employed that optimizing drilling network parameters,choosing appropriate civilian blasting materials,the quality of broached groove blasting was improved.Reasonable charge structure was selected,the prospective effect of presplitting blasting was obtained in the coal mine.The medium-length hole blasting quality improved by enhancing piercing hole quality,employing regular choke material.And the quality of blasting safety was solved basically.On the management,after the training and education on the operating personnel were done,the practical operation level and safety consciousness were improve greatly,which provides strong guarantee for safety production in the coal mine.Figure 37 table 21 reference 65...
