Quick forging hydraulic press as an important equipment for the pressure processing, has already become one of necessary facility of the forge industry. With forging manipulator cooperation, the quick hydraulic press can get the better accurate forging piece size, shorten the forging time, save material, reduce the processing man-hour and prominent economic benefits.On the basis of synthesizing a great deal of data and amply analyzing the structure characteristics of the domestic and external quick forging hydraulic press, According to the production practice of the customer and craft request, the thesis put forward the 20 MN quick forging hydraulic press essence structure of total design project, give the main parts structure design, 2D and 3D engineering diagram and technical parameter of the cylinder, the return cylinder,the fixed beam and the frame, at the same time, confirm the floating table, the breadthwise shifting bickiron device, the top revolver of top bickiron device, the oriented device, the lubricating system, the forging tools and the size examin etc. assistance device of design project.The three-dimension design software Pro/E has been adopted to build the model and the finite element software ANSYS has been used to calculate the three-dimensional finite element to the whole model, the reasonable processing contact, friction and loading force etc. boundary condition, building up analytical model of the 3D flexible contact of the related parts of the machine essence structure, the thesis carry out an essence structure of the whole numerical simulation.Stress and displacement distribution laws of the whole model under center load and offset load are obtained through 3D flexible contact calculation. the thesis give correspond of stress, distortion and deflection curve, and as to the whole work performance carry on analysis and evaluate.This work provides quantitative analysis basis for hydraulic press essence structure project and. the technique design.
