The detection accuracy of fast forging hydraulic press forgings affects the forming size of forgings.In recent years,the research on the dimensional accuracy of the fast forging hydraulic press has mainly focused on the hydraulic control.The working characteristics of the fast forging hydraulic press and forced deformation of the body have a great impact on the dimensional detection accuracy of the forging,which in turn affects the dimensional accuracy of the forging,but few people have conducted relevant research.Therefore,starting from the working characteristics of the fast forging hydraulic press,studying the factors that influence the dimensional detection accuracy of the fast forging hydraulic press is of great significance for improving the detection accuracy of the fast forging hydraulic press and the dimensional accuracy of the forgings.This article is aimed at the current situation that the displacement sensor of the current fast forging hydraulic press cannot directly measure the size of the forging,the dimensional accuracy of the detected forging is affected by the working environment and machine deformation,and it is difficult to obtain high-precision forging dimensional accuracy,mainly from three aspects to study the influencing factors of its detection accuracy.First,the force model of the fast forging hydraulic press body is established,the force analysis of the fast forging hydraulic press body is carried out,the force state of the fast forging hydraulic press frame and the movable beam is obtained,and the corresponding mathematical relationship model between the detection size of the quick forging hydraulic press displacement sensor and the actual size of the forging is established;through finite element analysis,the law of the influence of the deformation of the body of the fast forging hydraulic press on the detection accuracy of the sensor under different working conditions is obtained.Secondly,through finite element analysis,the influence of the upper arch deformation of the mobile worktable of the fast forging hydraulic press on the detection accuracy of the displacement sensor of the fast forging hydraulic press under different loading conditions after a long period of service is studied;the effect of the deformation of the worktable caused by the reduction of the effective load-bearing thickness of the worktable due to oxidation and corrosion in the harsh processing environment on the detection accuracy of the fast forging hydraulic press is studied.Finally,the distribution of oxide scale particles in the gap between the lower anvil and the moveable worktable of the fast forging hydraulic press and its attribute model are established,and through the finite element analysis,the influence of the displacement sensor detection accuracy of the fast forging hydraulic press caused by the displacement of the upper anvil surface caused by the deformation of the oxide scale is analyzed.And the influence law of oxide scale thickness,load value,loading condition and oxide scale clearance on the detection accuracy of fast forging hydraulic press was obtained.The results show that the influence of the deflection of the movable beam and the deformation of the worktable on the detection accuracy is linear,and the size of the obtained forging can be compensated by the preset linear deformation law in the control system.However,the deformation of the oxide scale is non-linear,and it is impossible to compensate for the size detection error of the forging caused by the preset linear deformation relationship.
