Design And Implementation Of A Special Equipment Safety Supervision System Based On SuperMap IS Java

Along with the rapid economic development, the applications of special equipments countrywide develop rapidly. However, the security situation is not optimistic because of the deficient management mode and incomplete emergency rescue system. Construction of special equipment safety supervision system is not only to meet the needs of special equipment supervision, but to improve the national and community security.Based on the status quo and needs of special equipment safety supervision, the author introduces the advantages that WebGIS serves as an overall solution, and provides detailed analysis about SuperMap IS Java WebGIS service platform. Then according to the three-tier distributed architecture in J2EE framework, the overall design of special equipment safety supervision system is proposed.Subsequently, the author presents a scheme to store and disseminate spatial data and attributes data of special equipment. The scheme bases on Oracle database and adopts a large spatial database engine—SuperMap SDX+. In the progress of logical function module partition and detailed functional design, the author develops a lot of function expansions and self-definition actions independently through in-depth excavation of SuperMap IS Java technology, combined with the latest Web-development technology. It is not only to take full advantage of existing resources, but to accumulate valuable development experience. The detail implementation of some major functions is presented finally.The geographic information system of national special equipment safety supervision that is implemented by the given research has been published on the Internet and put into operation; it has played an important role in the aspects of enhancing special equipment inspection and management, improving administrative office efficiency and scientific decision-making. The design and implementation proposed also has certain significance for reference about the establishment of systems in provincial and municipal levels.
