The Municipality of Guangxi is the important region to distill national natural product and manufacture the Chinese traditional medicine. The wastewater is that making from the processing producing paclitaxel,has high concentration and complicated component ,presents has not efficient method to treatment. Aiming at the fact that high concentration and complicated component of pharmaceutical waster. This paper up flow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket (UASB) as the first part in advance and SBR process to remove N ,P and CODcr. Then we testify its feasibility by experiment, especially the research in little scale and its stability. At the same time, adding a fixed amount of fortifier to the systems of UASB and SBR , which promoted the formation of anaerobic granular sludge with high activity in reinforced reactor, shorten acclimat -tion period, improved the organic load, increased amounts of water ingress, improved the amount of extracellular polymers(ECP) etc. Improved microbial development environment .This method acquires a fine effect in the application.Some experiments on varying factors on UASB such as temperature, pH and we get the most suitable conditions. The results indicates when hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 6h, when the concentration of CODcr at entrance is 10000mg/L -15000mg/L, after treating with UASB, the concentration of CODcr at exportation is 1200mg/L-1600mg/L.We also study the feasibility and anti-organic load ability of UASB. The results indicated that the UASB working steadily and have good removal effect on organic matter .UASB has a excellent ability of bearing high impact loads. SBR as a process afterward can remove N, P effectively at the most suitable conditions we get through experiments. The water at exportation is perspective and CODcr, N and P measured with the fist class of GB8978-1996. After 2h`s aeration, the removal rate of CODcr is lower than 80mg/L, and measured with the first class of GB8978-1996.In processing of treating waste water with combined of UASB- SBR, adding a fixed amount of fortifier to improve the removal rate and stability of the system. The method provide experimental basis for its application to high concentration organic wastewater treatment.
