The rail is in the railroad facility the most essential spare part, its importance doubted. The rail quality directly relates the railway transportation the use, the security, there liability. In the rail processing craft, to the rail surface inter mediate frequency induction hardening was the essential working procedure, the quenching processing quality has decided the rail use effect and the life together. But in the quenching working procedure, the heating temperature and being heated is even is two key controls projects.Therefore, in view of this two projects, develops to have the stronger quality safeguard ability and the higher auto maticity quenching engine bed extremely is essential. One quenching machine tool structure is complicated , two parts, require that many people shares out the work and cooperates with one another in many ways mainly mark for the inductor and the machine tool being completed commonly. In this design, has carried on the detailed design to the machine part, and has drawn up the summary composition, various parts structure drawing and the main detail drawing. Through this article design, based on PLC rail quenching engine bed, having machine, electricity, fluid integration, automaticity high, the productivity, the effect use factor high, the efficiency is good and so on many merits, Had guaranteed through the hydraulic pressure servo system in the processing process the rail surface and the coil distance is invariable; Through entered for the systems control work piece traveling speed, had guaranteed the rail was even; Have given drive system under the control of work piece displacement speed by moving forward , have ensured that the rail heats outside homogeneously; have provided the forceful guarantee by the fact that the work piece transference system has realized electric power transmitting the work piece function , has produced thereby for the rail.
