Experimental Study On The Treatment Of Trace Oil In Nine Drainage

The paper has carried on the theoretical analysis to the removing of micro oil, the mechanism of removing oil, the determine of trace oil and analysis the coagulation,filtration and adsorption. The text optimized and improved processing technology of the existing mine well water, carried on theinvestigation on the basic of the quality and the water volume mining area waste water, and designed the craft of removing oil.According to the principle of hydraulic shrink and magnify theory, the paper design and calculate the size of model. The trial research has been carried by the model.It is found that:1. The effect is quite good under the mixture of Polymerization aluminum chloride (PAC) and polyacrylamide (PAM) .The best PAC and PAM is 200mg/l and 2mg/l,the best ratio is 100:1; turbidity is not more than 5 NTU; The removing efficiency of trace oil arrive about 80%;The best work's PH is 7～9.2. The removing efficiency of trace oil is not high when only adding grain activated carbon. The removing efficiency of trace oil is only 30% under adding 40 mg/l; the grain activated carbon is not impact on effluent water's turbidity; the contacting time has little impact on the removing efficiency of trace oil. It takes 20 min in this experiment.3. Surface hydraulic load should be controlled at 0.4m/h in the small aperturedevice; The removing efficiency of trace oil is influenced by the entering water content oil and the filtration speed.4. Experimental research suggests that the removing efficiency of trace oil can arrive 96% after coagulating,depositing,filtering and adsorbing, ;clean water can be got; turbidity is not more than 2 NTU; so this craft is good to the treatment of trace oil in mineral water.
