Study On The Problems Of Environmental Pollution In The Industrialized Proceess Of Ordos' Region

Industrialization is an important stage for social and economicdevelopment. It is not only the theme of the developing countriesexploring their economic development but also the only way throughwhich the undeveloped Ordos city of minority area realizes its economicdevelopment.The Ordos area has abundant resources. Its industrializeddevelopment has been very fast since the beginning of the "Tenth FiveYear Plan", it has been the city with fastest economic developing speed inInner Mongolia at present and one part of the Gold Triangle Areatogether with Huhhot and Baotou. However, the rapid development ofthe industrial economy has brought serious negative effect such as thegrowing environmental pollution to Ordos area.Ordos area is arid, its ecological environment is fragile. The newproblem of environmental pollution has appeared again on the basis ofdemanding urgently to manage desertification problem, it is mainly thatpollution of industrial waste gas, waste water and solid offal. In the last few years, with the quickening of industrialized development, three majorpollutions are getting more and more serious, and then has brought lossesand damage to local economy.Thus, taking the new industrialized road and solving the problem ofenvironmental pollution in the Ordos area industrialized process shouldfundamentally strengthen environmental renovation, adjust the industrialstructure; Settle the ecological environment problem well in the course ofadjusting industrial structure, agricultural structure and urbanization;Developing recycle economy energetically, set up the production systemutilized in clean production and circulation; speeding up the steps ofconstruction of the industrial region, concentrate on developing theadvantaged characteristic industry. Meanwhile, we need to further widenthe financing channel, strengthen the investment and financing ofenvironmental protection, strengthen environmental management, set upthe compensation mechanism of ecological environment, innovatingtechnology, introducing talents, developing the new high-tech industry tosolve the problem such as the problem of environmental pollution andsome other severe issues.
