Humanity's survival and development must depend on the environment. Mankind has gained brilliant civilization through the development of thousands of years. Meanwhile, it is also facing the threatens of the global population explosion, health care, the lack of grain, energy and natural resources, the deterioration of environment and so on. Along with the high speed development of social economy, the environment problem is becoming extremely prominent and complex. Environment and development have become the global problem, to which are being paid universal attention by the international society.At the beginning of the new century, human society is experiencing an important period of change——it enters the ecological civilization from the industrial civilization and the social economy is changing from the linear economy into the circulation economy. The pattern of the circulation economy has brought new opportunities and challenges for the whole world. Every country is trying to innovate in its economic concept, economic system, economic structure, the way of management and any other aspects so that they can keep up with the development trend of history and melt into the tide of the world economy. One of the primary missions facing humanities in the 21st century is to solve the ecological crisis, and realize the sustainable development of ecological environment and human's society.The realization of the strategic mission of the ecological environment and human society's harmonious development must depend on the efforts and cooperation of different department. On the one hand, the ecological environment education on all citizens must be strengthened so as to improve their consciousness of environmental protection. On the other hand, the environment problem in the real life must be solved. On the basis of the two requests above, the paper is conducting the research, whose content mainly consists of two parts.PartⅠis about the experimental study on the chemical contamination in the recycling production of paper. Through the research on several problems about chemical contamination in recycling production of paper, such as how to degrade Methylene blue in the waste-water, how to recycle the paper pulp made from the short fiber in the paper making white water and how to recycle the deinking waste water, the writer obtains the following conclusion: (1) Under the condition of illumination, the sodium hypochlorite, the chlorine dioxide and the hydrogen peroxide have good degradational effect on Methylene blue because of its photoexcitation oxidation process. (2) The flocculation of inorganic flocculant is worse and a better flocculation effect needs higher density. Therefore, compared with the inorganic flocculant, the organic flocculant has a better flocculation effect. (3)In addition, the amount of the flocculant used, the pH value and the temperature have influence on the flocculation. The optional amount and the pH value about different flocculant must be determined through experiments. As to the flocculant used in the experiment, its flocculation effect is better under the room temperature. Considered from economic efficiency, the flocculent precipitate can be carried out under the room temperature.(4) when processing papermaking white water and deinking waste water, the positive ion flocculant has better flocculation effect than any other types of flocculant. Comparing with processing papermaking white water, to process deinking waste water needs flocculant with higher degree of ion.PartⅡis about the environmental education permeated through the middle school chemistry teaching under the background of the recycling economy. This part elaborated the connotation, the goal and the principle of the environmental education. By means of consulting data and combining personal teaching experiences,the writer analyses the necessity and feasibility of carrying out the environment education in the middle school chemistry teaching of China. Besides, the writer explores the teaching content, the teaching principle and the teaching method about the environmental education in the middle school chemistry teaching, as well as the primary problems existed in the school environmental education. Based on this, the writer also offers some positive suggestion to solve those problems. The practice has proved that to carry out the environmental education in the middle school chemistry teaching is not only one of the primary tasks of chemistry education, but also an inevitable requirement to implement the strategy of sustainable development. It is advantageous to improve student's comprehensive quality.
