Research On The Design Of Waste Paper Recycling Machine Based On The Concept Of Environmental Production

Although the concepts of environmental protection and sustainable design have been well known and accepted by the public,most of the waste paper in our lives cannot be recycled.By consulting the data,it is found that the recycling rate of waste paper in my country in 2019 is 49.0%,which is far lower than that of western developed countries.Therefore,the issue of recycling and reuse of waste paper deserves our attention.At the same time,the recycling of waste paper has great environmental and economic benefits in terms of reducing pollution,saving primary fiber resources and energy,and is an important aspect of achieving sustainable social development.There are many reasons why most waste paper in my country cannot be fully recycled.Most people have awareness of waste paper recycling,but they may often give up because the process of sending waste paper to the recycling station is more troublesome,and eventually throw the waste paper into the trash can.Faced with the current waste paper recycling methods,how to better dig out the problems,find key technologies and highlights that can assist us,and meet the needs of target users are urgent problems to be solved.In view of the problem of waste paper recycling,this paper proposes a new way to recycle waste paper,that is to design a waste paper recycling machine to realize the transformation from waste paper to environmental pen shell.When we combine different refills,we can get three different writing tools: pencil,neutral pen and ballpoint pen.More importantly,this product can improve people's environmental awareness to a certain extent and form the habit of recycling.This paper focuses on using the concept of sustainable design to guide the design practice of waste paper recycling machine,and provides new design ideas and constraints for waste paper recycling machine.First of all,sort out the types,utilization methods,treatment technologies and existing problems of waste paper,and determine that our research focus is on the recovery and reuse of certain types of waste paper,and then preliminarily put forward the design concept of waste paper recycling machine.Next,it studies the development and definition of sustainable design,deeply understands the main idea of sustainable design,and summarizes the framework and strategy of sustainable design.Then,determine the target users of the waste paper recycling machine,and conduct in.depth research on the target users,through questionnaire survey and in.depth interviews,to obtain the needs of users,and into product attributes,and to guide the design of products.Finally,it is the link of design practice.First,we need to study the key technology of the machine to ensure the feasibility of the product.Based on the previous theoretical research and research data,this paper summarizes and proposes the sustainable design strategy of products,and further proposes the sustainable design principle of waste paper recycling machine combined with specific products.It is also necessary to further determine the color,shape,material and size of the product.Using three.dimensional software,the conceptual design of waste paper recycling machine is completed.Finally,the paper summarizes and prospects the content of this paper,and puts forward some problems that still need to be solved.
