Laser cutting is a new method of thermal cutting which has the strengths of high precision, efficiency and low pollution. Now it becomes one of the hotspots of thermal cutting technology. In order to satisfy the requirements of cutting equipment's automation level, high precision and numerical control, and also realize the NC system of high-speed laser cutting machine localization. This thesis researches and develops a soft NC system with intellectual property under the sustain of Shanghai Scientific and Technology Committee in order to satisfy the requirement of domestic laser cutting technology.Firstly, this paper analyzes the basic function modules based on embedded NC system of laser cutting machine, and then selects the open NC platform based on the RT-Linux and ServoWorks, and designs the software and hardware structure for the laser cutting machine. Meanwhile it discusses the principle of multi-task schedule and data transformation which give a solid foundation for every modules working harmony and effectively between each other.Secondly, based on the analysis of the factors that influence the cutting quality and energy distributing model, a p-v model that optimize the laser power density is established, and a self-adaptive module of laser power is developed and integrated into the CNC system.Thirdly, it describes the mechanical structure of high-speed laser cutting machine, analyzes the flying beam deformation problem in different situation, gives a NC anti-deformation method based on dynamics and decreases the flying beam's deformation during laser processing.Fourthly, it has designed the control and auxiliary circuit of the laser cutting machine, and finally verified the NC system's performance of laser cutting machine through the experiment.Lastly, the conclusion and prospect of research are given, which is expected to provide certain reference for further research and development of laser cutting NC system.
