This thesis focuses on the limestone - gypsum wet desulfurization (WFGD) system of 300MW unit in GUANGXI HESHAN thermal power plant. About this system's real-time emulation algorithm and the general modular design has been carried out. The new algorithm mainly includes the desulfurizer to spray the area, the desulfurizer oxidation crystallizing field, the eddy separator, the vacuum leather belt purifier, the wet ball mill and so on. Based on engineering modularize method, real-time simulation mathematic model of WFGD was establish. Various work have been carried out including configuration of simulation XDPS monitor system, design and configuration of simulation PLC wet ball mill control pictures, design and configuration of simulation on the spot system pictures. The 300MW unit WFGD simulator has been successfully implemented in operation staff training.
