The performance of every iron ore fine agglomeration, rational scheme and technical parameters of ore matching for sintering were studied in this paper. OM, SEM and EDS were used to test the sample got from a series of experiments. Following were the main substances of this research: Rules of import-iron ores agglomeration, import-iron ores include East-coast iron ore and Guoao iron ore. Rules of rich iron ores of XuanHua agglomeration, it includes Red iron ore and Black iron ore. On the base of above studies, the rational ore matching for sintering was studied, and rational sintering scheme and technical parameters are educed. By studying, we found that intensity, finished product percent, reductive degree, low temperature reduction degradation rate and distributing of mineral phase in sinters are improved by adding rational East coast ore fine and Guoao ore fine in sintering process. The quality of sinter and productivity are great declined by adding Black ore fine and Red ore fine, especially, low temperature reduction degradation rate is higher, distributing of mineral phase is asymmetry, the calcium ferrite contents is lower and glassiness contents is higher in felt of sinter, the quality of sinters could be improved by increasing basicity of sinter. On the base of above studies, rational matching ore for sintering and technical parameters are received by planning scheme of sinter and analyzing experiments. The results of this research enriched the theories of iron ore agglomeration and may play an import role in production operation, process control and scientific research.
