Software Design Of Electric Network Monitoring And Control System Underground Coal Mine

The regular operation of electric network underground and rapidly maintenance are important during coal mine production. In fact, there is nobody in substation and they can only communication by telephone. There isn't accident display and locator device, which will build-up unnecessary loss.The significance of the computer monitoring and control system during high-pressure working in coal mine is introduced in the paper firstly. It also analyzed and generalized the problem that existences in high-pressure control, and proposed a method solving it, which is just establishing a monitoring and control software. Computer monitoring and control software is developed in the paper, which solves the problem existing in the coal mine. The design and realize are introduced carefully in the paper, including communication, control, the design of functional module and database. The whole software system has the functions of real-time monitor, remote control, remote delivery of data, judgment, display and alarm of accident, and so on. It also integrates data into database, which realized unattended in deed.Modularization design is used in the program, which is helpful to expansion and maintenance. It has unified interface style and kindly man-machine interface. Parameter setup part and distance control part are universal, which are fit of different mine section. Not only the analogue parameters and digital signals are monitored real-time, but also realized the control of switch off, switch on and reset. Alarm treating, report printing and load curve are also realized in the project.
