The cast iron spectral analysis as a result of develops especially difficultly with the standard sample has become now in a spectral analysis technology big technical difficulty.Because the domestic cast alloy iron spectrum standard sample at present does not have foreign inclusion element many standard samples, only can depend upon the spectrum working curve regarding this kind of sample definite value to extend naturally determined, when in the working curve spot in a straight line, naturally extends incompletely turns not definite. Moreover uses the intensity of spectral line which the high content the standard produces to be big, but the low content sample produces the intensity of spectral line is small. When both phase difference big, produces the error is big. Causes the sample determination reliability to reduce greatly, has the possibility to provide the wrong information to the production process. Which is unable to carry on the correct monitoring to the production process, finally causes the product the quality to guarantee with difficulty.
