| In the condition that the requirement of fire-power increase and environment pollution is more critical, rational environmental impact assessment for the fire-power expanded project is more importance in term of theory and has practical value.The relevant theory of EIA is explained at first, then this paper analyses pollutant-yield situation of fire-power project, sets up index system for the extension project environmental impact assessment. Taking Datang Weishui power plant as an example, a multistage fuzzy comprehensive appraisement model is proposed. Finally, makes rational evaluation on on environmental impact of fire-power expanded project.
