With the increasingly severe environment, there is growing attention to environmental issues. As a highly efficient gas dust collector equipment, pulse-jet cleaning bag filter is used more and more widely. The current studies of pulse-jet cleaning bag filter are mainly focused on function aspects. With steel price rising,the mechanical performance and steel consumption of steel structure of pulse-jet cleaning bag filter became an increasingly prominent problem.China Jingye Engineering Corporation Limited commissioned us to study on the design method and optimization design of the steel structure of pulse-jet cleaning bag filter. This paper analyse the steel structure of pulse-jet cleaning bag filter systematically with a practical project.The supporting frame,dust hopper,baghouse and clean gas house are separately analysed.Some conclusions are raised:1) It is suggested that the strong bracing be used in the frame, and the frame columns and top beams'joint should be hinge joint;The complicated loading of the top beam of frame is analysed,and it is suggested to be analysed as a whole with the baghouse'structure; The characteristics of the bracing of the frame are described, and finally the strength of bracing of frame in a practical project is judged.2) The whole model of the dust hopper in a reference literature is designed,and the FEA result is compared with the simplified analysis result.The defects of the simplified analysis method are analysed and it is suggested the FEA method be taken to analyse the dust hopper. Then a dust hopper in a practical project is analysed ,and some advice for further optimization is raised.3) The mechanical behavior of the deformed plate of a new type baghouse is analysed; the mechanical behavior of the cross bracing structure in the baghouse is analysed; the whole model of the baghouse in a practical project is analysed.4) The structure of the clean gas house is cleared according to its functions and mechanical behavior., The concept of the clean gas house of truss is raised according to the shortage of typical structure of the clean gas house. The mechanical behavior of the clean gas house of open-web truss and truss is compared,and it is obtained that the latter is futher better than the former.
