Build And Study On Low Relaxation PC Strand Line

This paper first introduces performance, production technology and market situation of low relaxation PC strand. It analyses the equipments for manufacturing of low relaxation PC strand and expatiates their control principle, wire drawing machine and stable Production Line as a main equipment.Secondly, it describes the import of home-made production line and analyses existent problems of low relaxation PC strand, especially study on winder transfer and finds that the main problems of home-made winder transfer are commutation and meters counter.Lastly, it introduces an improving solution for home-made production line and put it into use, which has a good effect and achieved expectant purpose. For the problem of meters counter, we recommend a new scheme that adopts SIEMENS Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) with high speed counting function. By establishing mathematical model, compiling program and according to the design drawing, we install the equipment and put it into operation. The degree of accuracy is less than 3‰.This study solves the problem of home-made winder transfer and makes it nicety, timely, accuracy and automatic completed. And the wire is tidiness, compact and leveling. This study improves the basic control function for the equipments and makes these operate convenience, shortcut, less labor and time. This study exerts furthest the potential of these equipments and maximizes the productivity. This study solves the problem of meters counter so that fulfills our wish which last so many years and discussed field bus. It shows that this paper studies the integrate applications of Profibus-DP, Programmable Logic Controller, control devices of full digital electrical traction and Sensors in modern industrial control. It also gives an important theoretical meaning and practical value. These results can apply in craft brother interiorly and provide certain social benefit and economic benefit.
