Research On A New Large Caliber Winding PVC Gas Pipe Equipment

The coal industry is the main industry of our country, occupying an important position in the national economy. The mine well safety is the important assurance that the coal industry develops regularly and healthily. Through analyzing the impact of security factors, we know, the mine gas has an important status in the mine industry. One of the pipes for gas drainage called a new large caliber winding PVC gas pipe has been researched in the paper.The pipe is designed based on the winding pipe wound technology, which is a new method to manufacture large caliber pipe, with special techniques. And in the same time, the formula with characters of flame retardant and antistatic of the pipe material is improved to adapt to the application in the coal industry. In addition, the pipe has good airproof and mechanical capability so that it can be used in gas transmission. To make the pipe, two steps are introduced: first, winding structure boards are extruded from extruding machine; second, these boards are fed to the winding machine to manufacture pipes, in which it needn't all kinds of expensive dies, comparing with the direct extrusive process. What is more, the pipe can be produced in the local, so the storage and transportation cost is saved. The mainly research work includes the structure design of boards formula and winding equipment. The principle of winding equipment is introduced and its structure was improved. Completed work of the paper includes:The preface review one of the security factor danger-gas in mine and the development of winding PVC pipe.The tests of antistatic capability and anti-combustibility of the pipe material are done, concluding a perfect formula used in mine.By contrasting with other processes, it has improved the actual winding process so that the reasonable manufacture and structure of board are summed up.The structure of winding equipment is modified in virtue of former investigation.
