With the increasingly strict request of the environmental protection, the environmental pollution which is resulted from wastewater of sulphuric acid production arouses more and more injection. Since there are so many industrial dust and all kinds of heavy metal irons in smelting gas of acid making, the wastewater is always of high acidity and multi-hazardous substances which is emitted by the production process of the sulfate. If not well treated, this kind of wastewater emit to the environment directly may not only acidize the water and soil, do harm to ecological environment, but also waste a large amount of resources. Therefore, when treat with the wastewater, we take into account of heavy metals' removal so as to recovery and utilization under the premise of achieving the recycle technique requirements.In this paper, we design two wastewater treatment programs to deal with the sulphric acid wastewater: (1) Wastewater comprehensive utilization scheme: firstly, precipitate the wastewater of sulphuric acid production, then select acid-resistant ceramic filtrate and remove the great mass of the suspended substances(SS).Before filtrating in the membrane, add anionic surfactants to make it reach the membrane's interception diameter. By using the membrane to separate the heavy metal ions, the purified water return back to the using of sulphuric acid production system, intercepted sludge which contains heavy metal is carried to the smelting system to recycling.(2) Gangue sand counteracted scheme: collecting sulphuric acid production waste water to transport gangue sand, the counteracting reaction happened in the process of the transportation and the returning process of the gangue storeroom, furthermore, it is collective in the recycling pond by the gangue storeroom collection system and entered the follow-up waste water treatment system, after using the lime milk,ferrous sulfate and PAM to counteract,flocculation and precipitate, it comes to the recycling requirement and recycling.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two waste water treatment schemes and the traditional lime counteracting treatment method, the treatment scheme is elicited which is fit to the sulphuric acid production wastewater system. The three waste water treatment schemes all can effectively treat with acidic waste water in sulphuric acid production and make it reach the recycling or emission standard. Using the waste water comprehensive utilization scheme to recycle acidic waste water, not only can save 1213.5t lime in the waste water, but also recycle 1605t sulfate; Using the mine tailing counteracted scheme can save 0.8091 lime in the waste water. The waste water comprehensive utilization scheme can make the acid recycling rate achieve over 90%, backwater utilizing rate can achieve over 90%.Using the mine tailing counteracted scheme can save part mine tailing transportation water.By comparing from above, using the wastewater recycling scheme plays a more important role than using the mine tailing counteracted scheme. Using the mine tailing counteracting and treatment scheme is superior to the lime counteracting and treatment.
