Cement production is a process of high energy consumption,high resources,and high pollution intake.It consumes a lot of energy and resources in the cement production process,and causes serious environmental pollution problems as well.It is very necessary for cement companies to carry out cleaner production audit.Through all-round investigation and analysis of enterprises,we can explore the potential for cleaner production,and then develop feasible cleaner production plans.Finally,by the implementation of cleaner production scheme,we have achieved the goal of reducing pollution and improving efficiency.By taking a cement production enterprise in northern China as the research object,the production line includes two parts of ore raw material production and cement clinker processing.Through comparative analysis of the technical equipment level,resource and energy consumption index,pollutant production index with the clean production index of cement industry,it is known that enterprises are still unable to meet the requirements of outdoor stacking in terms of the storage of needed-for-production materials and mine waste ores,due to the limitation of mine production conditions.The index of waste recycling is relatively low,for example,limestone tailings are piled up in mines as waste rocks in the process of limestone mining.If they can be used as clay raw materials,the waste rocks will be comprehensively utilized to increase the recycling rate of solid waste.Based on the above analysis,it is determined that the mine workshop should be regarded as the focus of cleaner production audit.The analysis of the productivity,material consumption,energy consumption,waste generation and material balance of the mining plant has revealed that the cleaner production audit produced 19 no/low cost schemes and 2 medium/high cost schemes.The total cost of the 19 no /low cost schemes is relatively little,and all of them are implemented during the current round of audit.The feasibility and implementation effect of the two medium/high cost schemes are analyzed in depth.And two high-cost schemes for cleaner production are determined: the comprehensive utilization of limestone tailings(sandstone)and the comprehensive utilization of mine drainage forcleaner production.The mine drainage comprehensive utilization scheme owns a low investment,but its economic efficiency is poor and it is not a rigid requirement,so it can be postponed according to the actual needs of enterprises.While the limestone tailings(sandstone)comprehensive utilization scheme can solve the problem of shortage of raw materials in enterprise production,which belongs to the rigid requirement.Although the total investment is larger,the investment economic benefit is higher.Therefore,the limestone tailings(sandstone)comprehensive utilization scheme is finalized as the implementation scheme of this clearer production audit.The limestone tailings(sandstone)comprehensive utilization scheme,which uses limestone tailings products to replace clay to produce cement clinker,can reduce the consumption of clay resources by 180,000 tons and reduce the output of solid waste rocks by 180,000 tons every year.This scheme saves the total operation cost by11,624,400 yuan and saves the clay raw material cost by 9.9 million yuan every year.Finally,the limestone tailings was recycled at 180,000 t/a,and the utilization of waste increased from 0 before the audit to 180,000 t/a.This round of cleaner production audit has completed all the set of short-term targets of cleaner production and improved the cleaner production level of enterprises.
