Nowadays, In the continuous strip processing line ,the strip status,line speed,strip tension and the manufacturing and the mounting accuracy of the machine may course the strip-offline .The strip-offline may have a lot of negative influence on the quality of the strip production. So ,in the high speed cold-rolling-processing line, the rectifying system can never be eliminated, to avoid the strip-offline or rectify the strip is an urgent and difficult problem. The structure and the parameters of the rectifying system are the key to high rectifying effect. The paper chooses the horizontal rectifying system of the continuous annealing line loop section of some cold rolling plant. as the main role ,gives detailed research on the mathematical model,the control mode and the response speed, simulates the control diagram of the system, sums up the main factors that influence the rectifying performance .all of this may helps a lot in the strip processing.The paper use liquid flow equation, liquid flow continuity equation, Newton force equilibration equation and the law of rolling rub, realize mathematic models of deviation rectification 3 subsystems of system( Detection system, control system, executive body), use the triangle trilateral law to realize mathematic models of deviation rectification subsystem carrying out rectification. Using the basic parameter of the rectification roller , it utilizes simulation softwares to obtain the oscillogram of the amount of deviation of belted steel and the floating framework as the time changes. The analysis indicates changing the invalid volume of the system, trying hard to reduce the fluid quality in the systematic pipeline, reducing the pipeline length, try hard to avoid using the hose as much as possible, prevent the air from being mix with the fluid and waiting for the measured, can optimize response speed and stability of the system.The modeling equations and simulation on deviation rectification devices is a good reference for similar structural forms , and offer certain theoretical foundation for choices of the design and operating parameters of similar structures.
