Servo turret is one of the key parts of numerically-controlled machine tool.Its reliability has direct influence on whole machine's reliability.Carrying out reliability test on key parts is a valid way to improve reliability fast.Setting up reliability testing system for servo turret and simulating its actual working load can motivate potential failures fast.The test results can guide key parts' reliability design and improvement.Electro-hydraulic servo loading control system has high control precision,moderate loading frequency,high output power and strong stability,which is a valid way to load key parts in a laboratory environment at present.In the first place,research on servo turret,analyse its actual working force,design an electro-hydraulic servo loading control scheme and build its control model.Secondly,analyse characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo control system,select neuron adaptive PID as a core controller and complete control system simulation by combining the controller with the control model.Then develop a whole control software based on Lab VIEW and apply it to the servo turret reliability testbed.Finally,carry out a reliability test for servo turret,meantime,accomplish the test of the control system.The experimental results show that this new control system which can meet requirements of the reliability test performs better than the original one based on conventional PID controller.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:1.Overall scheme of the electro-hydraulic servo loading control system and system modeling.Analyse the actual working force of the servo turret,acquire loading technical requirements and design an overall scheme of the hardware of the system;Build the control model according to the hardware system,draw a Bode diagram of its open-loop transfer function and judge its stability.2.Research on the control strategy of the electro-hydraulic servo loading system and control system simulation.Analyse the characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo system,discuss the theory of the neuron adaptive PID and set it as the core controller;Design the neuron adaptive PID controller and implement control system simulation by Lab VIEW.3.Design of the software of the electro-hydraulic servo loading control system based on Lab VIEW.Design a structure of the software and analyse its running processes;Design front panels and block diagrams of every module based on Lab VIEW programming specifications,then debug the software.4.Electro-hydraulic servo loading experiments and analysis.Take servo turret as the experimental subject and design loading experimental scheme;Debug instruments and control parameters and test displacement control circuit and load control circuit;Analyse the experimental results and evaluate performance of the control system.The electro-hydraulic servo loading control system which is researched by this thesis is accurate,stable and easy to achieve.Provide servo turret and other key parts with technical support of reliability test.Therefore,this thesis has high application and reference value.
