Detection Of Pumping Motor Parameters And Data Transmission

In oil fields, pumping motor is one of the most important equipment, its working condition related to the output of oil field. In the working course of the oil machine, we need to obtain such data as electric current and power of electromotor for regulating the working state of the oil machine. Traditionally, it is necessary to obtain the data by hand, but it also has the disadvantage such as cost of manpower, low efficiency, long examination period and fallibility. Therefore, we need to design a kind of system to solve the above problem urgently. CDMA is a new data-transmitting service, which can transmit data for a long-distance by spreading spectrum technology and being connected to the internet. It runs steadily with rare code missing or wrong codes. What is more, it needs not to build our own network, so the cost of building network can be saved. Based on this feature, this paper combines CDMA wireless data communication technology, collection terminal and main PC of monitoring center together, designs and researches on the pumping network monitoring system based on CDMA communication.The system mainly includes three parts: collection unit, remote data transmission unit and main PC unit in the monitoring center. The collection unit is on the base of C8051F015 MCU, which can collect data, such as voltage, electric current, calculates power, power factor. It also can send and receive data. The remote data transmission unit transmits data by CDMA wireless data transmission network to the monitoring center which must have fixed IP. So the monitoring center can receive the working status through internet according socket protocol. The data processing unit in the monitoring center which is developed by Visual Basic6.0 can store pumping data, display the working state, and draw voltage, electrical current diagrams.
