The Project Study On Zizhou-Mizhi Gas Gathering Surface Engineering

The main purpose of the development of the Zizhou-Mizhi gas field is to fulfill the increasing demand of natural gas in North China region. Meanwhile, the development is also in accord with national industry development policy which not only benefits continual economic development of western region to improve people's living quality, but reforms the energy consumption structure to reduce the pollutant emission, improve quality of atmosphere and protect the ecologic environment.At first, basic resource of natural gas in the Zizhou-Mizhi gas field is credible. In 2005, the proved geological reserves of the Shan2 gas deposit in the Zizhou gas field reached 922.58×108m~3, which has passed the final judgment of the CNPC. Therein, Technology recoverable reserves reached 553.55×108m~3,while Calculated area of gas-bearing reached 1142.59km~2 . The proved area of gas-bearing in the Mizhi gas field was 478.3km~2, while the geological reserves was 358.48×108m~3. According to the comprehensive consideration of geographical distribution, field size and so on of the proved gas field, natural gas production capacity of the Zizhou-Mizhi gas field can reach 15×108m~3/a(20℃,101.325kPa.a). Secondly, the consuming market of natural gas is ascertained. Based on the anticipation of the authorities, the demand of natural gas in North China will have become more than 110×108m~3/a(20℃,101.325kPa.a)by the year 2020. The development of Zizhou-Mizhi gas field is mainly for the natural gas supply to the Second Shanxi-Beijing gas transmission pipeline project. Demand of natural gas in the target region is great, which means a steady and credible consuming market.The design of the project mainly includes: geological position and natural condition of the gas field, scheme and characteristic of the techniques, total flow chart of the gathering system, layout of the pipe network, pressure of the gathering system, gas gathering technology, layout of the station, gas gathering network and related communication, automatic control, electric power, building, heating, firefighting, etc. Design content of the project does not contain purifying project and transporting project.The design aims at simple process but advanced, practical and credible technology, which will save invest and facilitate the production. Many new processes are applied, including high pressure gas gathering from multi wells, low temperature separation from multi wells, gaseous gather of rich gas and concentrated dewater and dehydrocarbon, etc. Some new equipments are introduced, such as flash distillation fluid separation tank, multi wells disguised heater and so on. As to gas gathering station, instruction on site, alert to field office on important parameters and manual operation of the production can be realized.
