The fifth oil production plant of Dagang Oilfield governs two oilfields,Gangxi and Zhouqingzhuang Oilfield,which contain the first district,the second district and the third district respectively.In the early stages of construction of these two oil fields,the oil production volume of the wells had a low water content,and the number of transfer stations was large.However,as the exploitation of the oilfield continues,issues have been emerging gradually,such as the decrease in the load rate of the transfer station and transfer radius,also higher system operation energy consumption and maintenance cost,which are due to the decrease in the production volume of the oil well with the continuous increase in its water content.Based on the actual production situation of the two oil fields,this paper conducts a feasibility analysis of the first-level deployment of the gathering and transportation system.After confirming the optimization potential of the gathering and transportation systems of two oilfield,firstly,this paper uses the PIPEPHASE software to simulate the current status of the gathering pipeline network in three operating areas of two oilfields,and the pipeline network parameters were modified so that the results of simulation were in accordance with the actual operating conditions.Then,the reconstruction plan,which was based on making the most use of the existing pipeline facilities and gathering equipment,was designed fitting the first-stage layout mode.On this basis,this paper also establishes a mathematical model for the calculation of optimizing the pipeline network layout,which considers the constraints of terrain obstacles and oil well connections,takes the number of transfer stations and pipeline specifications as decision variables,and takes the minimum pipeline construction investment as the objective function.Then,by introducing line exploration method and genetic algorithm,it solves and improves the traditional line exploration method on its drawback of cannot handling when there are many small obstacles in the area.After verification,using the parameters calculated by the optimization model can reduce the total pipeline distance by 30%-44%.It also solved the problem that the second district Yuanjing transfer station cannot be cancelled in the old reconstruction plan,and has completely realized the first-stage layout.Through the comparison between the old reconstruction plan and the optimization plan of pipeline network layout,the first district and the third district adopt the old retrofitting plan,and the second district adopts the optimization plan of pipeline network layout.After determining the reconstruction plan of the gathering and transmission pipeline network,the reconstructing proposal for the gathering and transportation process of the West Second Joint Station was put forward to realize the fully enclosed gathering and transportation process of Gangxi Oilfield.The research results of this paper are of great significance to reduce the energy consumption of the fifth production plant of Dagang Oilfield,realize the simplification and optimization of the ground system,and improve the economic benefits of the oilfield.At the same time,it can provide a reference for the planning and design of the oilfield ground gathering and transportation system.
