Oil and gas gathering and transportation is the main issues of the oil and gas fields in production of crude oil and natural gas gathering and transportation, Oil and gas gathering and transportation is the very important stage of production after the reservoir exploration, oil field development, production engineering. Oil field united station with its characteristics of many equipments and complex flow, is the primary part and energy consumption unit of oil gas gathering and transportation system. The system was directly affected by the production, equipment, energy consumption, and efficiency change of oil field united station, especially when oil field was in high water exploitation time.In order to get primary effect, we had to take high energy consumption, high cost and vast human and material resource to keep production.If using simulation to simulate the system, which can not only save the human and material resource but also provide scientific basis for investment decision and guarantee facilities in safe, stable and efficient operation state. All these methods are of great theoretical significance and practical value on enhancing crude oil recovery factor, reducing extraction costs and promoting energy saving and consumption reduction. In order to have an overall scientific simulation evaluation for operation and efficiency of Gusi oil gas gathering and transportation system, first of all, the classification standard of equipments was confirmed. The equipment is a base cell which has the single function. Then compiled simulation programmer according energy balance and material balance and basing on the working principle of individual equipment, , built data base of the technical parameters and basic process parameters of equipment. Then did simulation calculation of the equipment's entire treatment capability, treatment quality and technical target according these process parameters, the flow data of the oil, gas and water, the technical parameters and the performance calculation method. Then built model base of process equipment and carried on function verify and test combining the actual data in order to modify and perfect the model. The simulation software was established by connecting the models and also did function verify and test for the whole system. Finally created the necessary simulation processes and conducted related research according to actual needs. |
