On one hand,the excessively high surface temperature of buildings,industrial equipments,vehicles,etc.caused by thermal radiation bring many problems and inconvenience to people's life.On the other hand,heat loss exist in oil tanks,thermal equipments,buildings,etc.,which of internal temperature are higher than environment all year round.Therefore study and application of insulation coatings have great economic and social benefits.The nanometer heat-insulated coating are prepared by the acrylic resin as filming material,titanium dioxide as pigment,nanometer zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide as heat-insulated fillers,water as solvent in this experiment.Studies are concentrated on the influencing factors of nanometer heat-insulated coating,including refi'active indices, content,crystal shape of pigments,particles size and content of nanometer reflective materials and thickness.The heat-insulated and physical properties are characterized by the testing of temperature,reflectivity of coating and national standards.The comparative experiments of self-made insulated coatings,import paints and blank body under infrared light and sunlight are studied;The insulation coating are synthesized by the Acrylic resin as filming material,hollow glass atmospheres as insulation fillers,water as solvent in this experiment.The effecting factors of thermal insulation coating are discussed,including type,content of insulation materials and thickness.Physical properties of coating are characterized by national standards and insulation property is tested.Thermal conductivity coefficient of the insulation coating at normal temperature is calculated approximately.The results indicate that,when the diameter of zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide is 10~20nm,the content of titanium dioxide,zirconium oxide and aluminum oxide is respectively 30~40%,6~7%and 10~15%,coating thickness is 0.3~0.4mm,the internal temperature of the body painted by nanometer coating is respectively reduced by 20~30~Cand about 10℃under infrared lamp,reduced by 5~10℃and 3~5℃under sunshine, in comparison with that of structure unpainted and painted by the import product.When content of glass atmospheres is 70~80%and coating thickness is about 5mm,the internal temperature of body painted by thermal insulation coating is 15℃higher than that of unpainted body while the surface temperature is 15℃lower.By the approximate calculation in the project,thermal conductivity coefficient of the insulation coating at normal temperature is 0.05075 W/(m·K).
