It is an always difficult question to control soft rock pressure. Along with bigger scale and deeper development when exploiting coal, the problems of supporting and maintenance of deep soft rock laneway and chamber became standing out, it is crucial whether to solve supporting problems.It is application in horsehead, chamber, pump house and shallow tunnel of reinforced concrete liner. Form of construction work is bar-mate reinforcement jointing and concrete pour. The merits of reinforced concrete liner are fast construction progress,higher concrete strength and easily technology. Shell bolting and shotcrete support is a three-dimensional bar-mat reinforcement supporting frames which handling in ground instead of two-dimensional bar-mat reinforcement. It has a higher bearing capacity to reinforced concrete liner, but shell bolting and shotcrete support also has a higher fees.This article used the structural mechanics and elastic foundation beam theory to analysis reinforced concrete liner structure. According ground big fly-past shell theory to analysis the shell bolting and shotcrete support. Reason out two different structure stress equations. Depending on comparison application on 120m length broken laneway of south flange of DuErPing mine of XiShang power and coal group, also test on structures of shell bolting and shotcrete support and reinforced concrete lined, using indoor module experiment method, to research regular of. strain establish, finite element computation model; Using ANSYS software to analyze datum of structures of shell bolting and shotcrete support, reinforced concrete lined. Combine typical project and site measurement and analysis to compare shell bolting and shotcrete support and reinforced concrete.lined. Test results indicate that Shell bolting and shotcrete support have a good bearing capacity to reinforced concrete liner. And the shell bolting and shotcrete support bearing capacity can reach the 144T, but the reinforced concrete liner only has 79.8T. The project application indicates that shell bolting and shotcrete support and reinforced concrete liner have good support affection. And in equal condition, shell bolting and shotcrete support reduce the 11.8% cost to reinforced concrete liner.By above research of two structures, we got some basis theories and experiences which will give advantages to future further research and practices. Also we give good and rational options for future under-ground supporting. |
