Operation Cost Mathematical Model Developing For BAF Sewage Treatment Plant In China

At present,most of the sewage treatment plants in china are the nature of institutions and funding,therefore cost management is not paid much attention to.The institutions are gradually transiting to enterprises mechanism from the Chinese long-term reform trend,and the sewage treatment industry will gradually become market-oriented,establishing a cost management system on operation cost model and reducing the cost of sewage treatment operation is not only to set the sewage treatment plant foundation for the future transformation needs,but also to save the current state funding,and to adapt existing social market mechanism.By the field research of the Shenyang Xiannv River sewage treatment plant and Dalian Malan River sewage treatment plant,sufficiently uriderstand the technics and equipments of those two plants and sufficiently analyze the disposal effects of SS,BOD5,COD and ammonia.These two plants separately reachs the second and the first water quality standard, and both plants running steadily,it is suitable for the establishment of the operating costs mathematical model.With a comprehensive review of related literatures,this thesis demonstrates the latest development in wastewater treatment technology research and the current situation of its practice application,the main effects on sewage treatment plants expense and their math relations were confirmed,and establishes the BAF operating cost mathematical model by the mathematical methods as linear regression and curve fitting.The results show that this model can directly reflect the relationship of urban sewage treatment plant control indicators and operation cost,make the operation cost factors more intuitive and can be used to simulate and forecast the urban wastewater treatment plants operation costs,provided a technical support for the operation cost estimation of BAF process under the market mechanism.
