| The transient simulation system is one of the most important and complicated applications in the SCADA system of gas pipeline. And the transient leakage detection is a major function of the transient simulation. Prediction of natural gas load and its system are a required supplement, while the programs almost have been brought from abroad. Therefore, it is a pressing problem to research on analysis of simulation of gas pipeline and natural gas demand forecast in China. The main contents of this paper are follows:Calculations of friction resistance of low pressure and high and medium pressure were transferred for conformity in system of unit. The defect of the traditional hydraulic calculation was indicated, and suggestion was given. Based on the three conservation functions in hydromechanics and the State equation, the steady and the transient models of natural gas have been established. To basis of finite difference method, the resolving method has been got. Then gas network simulation software was programmed accordingly. Through practical application in natural gas network of high pressure network in Tianjin, the stimulation results, which validate the dependability of this model and its resolving method, have 0.54% and 2.16 % error differentiating from actual data of pressure and quality separately. The transient leakage model has been framed on the basis of the transient simulation. The relation, between Leak location and pipeline outlet pressure, has been researched. Experiments were also carried out according to different leakage. The results show that leakage and outlet pressure are more important parameters compared to the coefficient of frictional resistance and pipeline diameter. The properties and influencing factors of city gas were analyzed and classified. The special factors of influencing short-term load were ranged holidays and accident, and solutions have been proposed. The improvement was done to the model of dynamic equal-dimensional gray-number progressive complement, which introduces parameter E, economic growth. According to data of Tianjin from 1995-2005, the city gas load software has been completed with errors range from -10% to -3%. Then the system of gas load forecast was investigated.Finally, based on the transient simulation software and demand forecast software, simulation software using in the SCADA system were looked ahead. |
