The metal plasticity formation is an extremely complex process. Not only the plastic amount of deformity is great, but also the formation process and the product quality are affected by the friction condition, the technological conditions, the mold structure and processing equipment's joint influences. People mainly use based on experience's trial mistake method to carry on the craft and the mold design which causes new product and the new craft development trial manufacturing cycle to be long, the material to consume, the expense much in a high way, and the product quality without guarantee lot, The numerical simulation method is one effective method to the metal formation by the craft optimizes,are quota control.The subject uses the software of Deform to make the simulation analysis, bases on the rigid-plastic finite element theory, establishes the three kinds of components of finite element model, of support, guided sleeve,and stationary barrier, we has completed the following several work has been accomplished:1) The subject has analyzed the necessity, the feasibility and the superiority of the three kind of components forging and stamping process using the finite element simulation.2) According to three kind of components' plastic deformation characteristics,this people has carried on the suitable supposition and the simplification, selected just the plastic finite element method, for its establishment reasonable theoretical model, chosen suitable solution method,and made effort to cause the simulated conditon close actual working condition.3) Made detailed analysis to forming process's numerical simulation result, obtained the metal flow velocity field, situation of the strain forces along with in the time change, the stress field, the strain field and the forging temperature to the formation the influence and so on, promulgated the metal flow distortion rule,and improved forging's formed process.4) Has studied formed mechanism of the fixed bearing, analyzed the flaw in which this components forging and proposed the corresponding solution. In the article,it used the flaw place the node velocity analysis to carry on the explanation of"Misrun". Material's plastic attribute, friction, mold structure and surface condition have the important influence on the"Misrun", Though revising the parameter,it has given the solution flaw question measurement.The quality of the forging formation is affected by many factors, the subject has carried on analysis to several model influencing factor ,and provided the theory instruction to improve and optimize the forging.
