Exploration Research On Equipment Management Of Textile Enterprise

Textile equipment is of great importanc to a textile eaterprise and its managerment and development is the engine of erterprises. The essentiality of making studies on textile equipment management is obvious because the efficiency and competitiveness of textile enterprise will be improved by doing it.This paper displayed the main contents of managerment in production management system. According to the reqirements of textile continuous production, three aspects of equipment management are discussed and analyzed in this paper: i)Promote information construction of textile equipment management; ii)Manage eqipments in punctual production management model; iii) The management mode of the maintenance of equipment applied by China textile enterprise. The importance of tight connection of different deparments'information nodes has also been pointed out. Compared to the poor communication between sales department, production department, maintenance and department purchasing department of tranditional textile production management, modern enterpise has to integrated guide cooperative operation of different departments in the condition that the market asks for quick responses. Empirical analysises show that textile equipment manegement needs to apply scientific management to keep pace with the times, change tranditional concepts, relye on enterpise information construction platform, use punctual production management model and bring condition maintenance into maintenance mode according the characteristics of enterprise equipments.
