Structure Of Equipment Risk Management System Of Oilfield Enterprise

The equipment, which is the important integral part of fixed assets and the carrierof various hazardous chemicals for both processing and storage，plays a decisive rolein oilfield enterprise, and its risk management is also the key element in the work ofsafety production. In this paper, the equipment risk management system that based onoilfield enterprise has been structured, resting on the foundation of three primarycontents that include risk index system, risk analysis rule and risk managementplatform.The equipment risk management is a integrated system which covers riskidentifying, analysing, evaluating and the management plans that drawn up for theresult of evaluation. Taking running equipments of oilfield enterprise for the object ofstudy, this paper firstly establish risk index system with the guidance of system theoryand then build risk analysis rule from the perspective of improving the accuracy ofrisk assessment, at last set up risk management platform by using computer softwaretechnology on the base of systematic security quantitative analysis, forming acomplete system of equipment risk management system that applies to oilfieldenterprise.The equipment risk management system structured in this paper relate to manyparts of safety work in oilfield enterprise, raising the personnel impact factors to arelatively higher status, establishing a supervisor mode that links equipments tightlywith personnel, whose work will be arranged around the main line of equipment riskmanagement. Meanwhile, this system will also promote the development ofmodernization，scientificalization，unification，systematism，sequentialization andstandardization in oilfield enterprise, and constantly improving the stability andsecurity of oilfield enterprise production management system as a whole.
