The Study On Remote Faults Diagnosis System For CNC Machine Tools Based On Web

With the development of numeric control and computer technique, a typical model of CNC equipment is being used more and more widely. The loss caused by breaking down of CNC machine tools is far more expensive than that of traditional machines, and fault diagnosis is relatively more complex. How to diagnose and obviate fault quickly and correctly is the most important problem, which can guarantee the machine processing normally.To solve the problem of service after sale and technique support of equipments in global market environment, web-based remote operation and fault diagnostic methods of CNC machine are studied based on the CNC machine of Wuhan HuaZhong Numerical Control Association in this thesis. In the following parts, the details are introduced.Firstly, the architecture of hardware and software structure and the fault characteristics of HuaZhong CNC system are introduced and studied. The whole structure of remote fault diagnosis system is proposed in view of the requirements of functions of HuaZhong CNC-oriented machines. In addition, the system is divided into one database system and two child systems as functions.Secondly, this thesis studies expert system of fault diagnosis on system, discusses about the structure of expert system and implementation approach of every vital area on system such as knowledge database, inference engine and man-machine conversation interface, and gets concrete way in the system.Thirdly, with comparing the merit and shortcoming of a few network modes and combining the characteristics of the system oneself, the system is confirmed to be developed on B/S mode. Then, the software platform and the concrete software development tools in the system development process are introduced.Finally, the software development process of this system is confirmed. And with some fault examples and actual pictures of the system interface, the main function modules in this system are designed and tested.
