Research On Fault Diagnosis Expert System Of Ceramic Kiln

Kiln is kind of very important thermal equipment, has been widely used in the firing process of ceramics, glass and other refractory. The complexity of modern kiln technology and structure decides the concurrency, multiple sclerosis and complexity of its faults. According to the modern ceramic kiln fault characteristics, the technique of expert system is introduced into the fault diagnosis field in kiln; this paper has researched a fault diagnosis expert system of ceramic kiln.First of all, this paper introduces the basic principle of fault diagnosis expert system, and based on this puts forward the kiln fault diagnosis expert system’s overall design, including the overall structure of the system design and the design of each function module.Then, the knowledge base and the inference engine of the kiln fault diagnosis expert system are designed in this paper. According to the kiln fault diagnosis knowledge characteristics, using frame and production integrated knowledge representation method based on the fault tree analysis to construct the knowledge base of expert system, using the SQL Server2000database to realize the knowledge base storage. The fault diagnosis system includes automatic diagnosis and manual diagnosis, automatic diagnosis reasoning using uncertain reasoning model based on probability, inference direction using a reverse inference, manual diagnosis reasoning complete through the user interacts with the system, inference direction also using a reverse inference.Finally, using ASP.NET2.0, C#, Visual Studio2005and other development tools, realize each function module of this system.
