Laser technology has been widely applied and got great success in industrial field in a short time since it appeared last century, especially in manufacture field. Laser incision is one of the most important parts in laser machining, and it differs from conventional machining such as cutting, punch, autogenously cutting, plasma cutting whose characteristics are high-speed, narrow gap, low superficial roughness, small hot influence, little distortion, more adaptability and high efficiency. It makes laser incision widely applied. Research and application of laser technology is always recognized by our country, especially on laser incision, but, difference is very more compared to other developed countries and mass equipments of laser machining are more expensive in the market. Therefore, it is necessary that a kind of equipment for laser incision is designed which has low price and is suitable for industrial demands of China.The machine of laser incision is different from traditional equipments which base on transmission of mechanical energy, but it bases on transmission of laser energy. So, there are more differences on mechanical design. According to those particularity and different needs of new laser equipments, the paper constitutes a open structure which bases on control of DSP and takes MPC03 for control boards of movement.Correlative technical and physical parameters are researched and analyzed based on theory and characteristic of laser incision such as power of laser, size of facula, cutting speed, parameters of incision, round and inflexion. And relation of those parameters and influence of cutting are also analyzed.Otherwise, according to these phenomena, for example, that laser memorg don't emit, the power of laser cannot be adjusted, laser energy is not uniformizable and error of scan is more when scan is on, examine of malfunction and correction of error is analyzed and optimized. As a result, stability and reliability is improved as well as social and economic benefit, and there are very important meanings of reference for later task.
