| Designing and manufacturing Mill is one of our factory's main productions, the bending-bunching roller and enclasping device is the key component of mill.,and the important equipment improves product quality in china metallurgy industry,so its machining precision will affect the shape of armor plate rolled by Mill directly. Because the bending-bunching roller and enclasping device is a kind large of hydraulic product, high precision is required, especially the processing of blind hole and big-length-diameter-ratio small deep hole, is the processing technics bottleneck of our factory all the time, we always entrusted this part for processing outside previously.This article contrastively analyzes several classic technics about machining of shifting-seat and sliding-board which is the key part of the bending-bunching roller and enclasping device theoretically and experimentally, and confirms the technics that is suit for our factory processing the device finally, so as to we can manufacture and process the bending-bunching roller and enclasping device in the existing technics condition, which bear signification some extent that reduces the cost of manufacturing Mill aftertime.The pivot of this thesis is the technics of blind hole,big-length- diameter-ratio small deep hole and single side surface quenching sliding-board in the shifting-seat. The processing technics methods and technics parameter adapt to the existing technics condition is obtained by contrasting cut processing of three technicses of exact boring,honing, rolling-extruding of blind hydraulic hole. Theoretical investigation and cutting processing experiment are taken for the issue of processing technic, the advantage that process big-length- diameter-ratio small deep hole useing gun drill is obtained through theoretical analysis and experiment date. Solve the difficulty of processing technic , and present that popularize and apply gun drill technic to courses of production practically. The theoretical evidence that adopting new heat-treatment method is not only in favor of enhancing the production efficiency of sliding-board ,but also the anti-milling and antifatigue quality is attained by contrasting two technicses of high-frequency quenching surface and QPQ salt-bathing multiple treatment of single side surface quenching sliding-board, and solve the technical difficulty of single side surface quenching sliding-board which biggish distortion, course technics course and inconvenience to guarantee product quality. The large numbers of theoretical investigations and experiments provide theoretical elements and practical experience for our factory manufacturing and processing the enclasping device of bending-bunching roller, resolve the technics bottleneck of processing of blind hole and big-length-diameter-ratio small deep hole, to some extent which possess theoretica signification and practical availability. |
