With the rapid development of beverage industry in our country,the demand for aluminum alloy tank and tank cover and drawing material has increased rapidly.At present,many aluminum processing enterprises in China have produced such products.Plate shape is one of the important quality indexes of strip products.Therefore,the control of plate shape in production process is an important issue.With the birth of HC six-roll rolling mill,VC variable-convex rolling mill and the development of plate control technology,the highly automated control of plate shape is realized,and the precision of plate shape is improved.For ordinary old-fashioned Mills,better shape can also be obtained by adjusting the rolling process parameters.At present,in order to roll out good quality plates,various plate shape control technologies such as tilting,bending rolls,and segmental cooling have been developed to improve the plate quality.Among them,the improvement of the rolling oil cooling to the plate shape is mainly achieved by changing the rolling oil flow rate,oil temperature,and the rolling oil injection pressure.The rolling process parameters such as bending roll and plate width will also have an impact on the board shape.This paper mainly studies the influence of oil parameters on the hot convexity and plate shape of roll,and the influence of rolling process parameters on the plate shape.In this paper,the factors affecting the shape of the board are analyzed,and it is found that the elastic bending of the roll,the thermal expansion of the roll,elastic compression,plate width,and tension have an impact on the shape of the finished product.Then,according to the thermodynamic knowledge,the main influencing factors on the thermal convexity of the roll are analyzed according to the rolling process of the 5182 strip for the tank.The effects of rolling oil temperature,flow rate and rolling oil pressure on the thermal convexity of the roll and the impact of I value on the rolling plate were studied.Finally,the rolling process parameters,working roll and middle roll bending roll,plate width and plate shape were studied.Through the comparison of the experimental data collected on the spot,the technological parameters of 5182 strip for rolling tank were obtained.
