Along with the healthy and fast developing of our country's economy,the amount of waste water produced by industry and enterprise is sostenuto increasing.Industry waste water contains severai kinds of organic substance and mineral inorganic substance,basides,it contains harmful heavy metal ion.Industry waste water must be strictly disposed before discharged municipal pipe network system.Because of the dispersibility of industry waste water,the uniqueness of its water quality,it is difficult to do centralized disposal,therefore the minitype disposal facilities begin developing fast.At present,the research about the design of minitype disposal facilities mostly concentrated at the minitype disposal facilities adapt to dispose the disperse sanitary waste.There is not enough recognition on the research of minitype disposal facilities used to industry waste water disposal.So there is important practical significance on it.Currently the design of minitype disposal facilities used to industry waste water disposal exists the problem of the shortage about experiences, simply according to the parameter provided by design handbook to design always appears some phenomenons that do not adaption. Because the parameter provided by design handbook are mainly used for the design of sanitary waste water, but there is great differences between sanitary waste water and industry waste water, for this reason it conduced irrational design.The study is based on the experiences about contact oxidation method and hydrolytic decomposition which are accumulated in the process of debugging the leachate disposal project in DunHua city.Besides, the study directs the design of OLED electroluminescence material waste water disposal.Both of the projects adopt contact oxidation method and hydrolytic decomposition technics.The component of leachate is complex, so leachate is difficult to dispose.Using contact oxidation method and hydrolytic decomposition to dispose leachate is an advanced technics.Because of the lackage of designing experience, some problems accured in the process of debugging the leachate disposal project, the solving of these problems provides us protifable guidance to our future design.OLED electroluminescence material company is an enterprise that produces electroluminescence material in graphoscope.During the production process a small amount of waste water is produced, but the component of contaminating material is complex, contaminating materials are mainly the inorganic salts residual in production process, ethanol, caobinol, carbon dichloride, benzotrichloride, diphenyl and aromaticity and other primary materials. The waste water also contains lots of organic acids and inorganic acids, it brings on that the corrosivity of the waste water is strong. In the waste water, the element of carbon and nitrogen is plenitudinous, but the phosphor is scarce, so the biodegrability of the water is poor. Designers reconnaissanced the field several times, according to the information of fine chemical products waste water taeatment and the water quality datas, and under the guide of the experience of debugging the leachate disposal project, accomplish the designing works. After fixing the disposal establishments, we do the debugging jobs. After run in due form for a while, Environment Protection Agency of Chang Chun City taked water sampling and monitored regularly, the discharged water achieved the designing standards, passed the acceptance of works by Environment Protection Agency of JiLin Provence.Because they both use the contact oxidation method and hydrolytic decomposition technics, OLED electroluminescence material waste water disposal project assimilate the experiences and lessons from leachate disposal project in DunHua City, when the designers design the aeration conduit pipe, choose filler, culture sluge, colonize biomembrane, they avoid some disfigurement. OLED electroluminescence material waste water disposal project exists the problem of high SS, by shortening .OLED electroluminescence material waste water disposal project exists less problems than the leachate disposal project in DunHua City. During the wastewater treatment operation of OLED, there was only a slightly higher SS in sedimentation tank. After reducing the sludge age and re-adding the fresh sludge, the problem had been well soluted, and the SS of effluent was less than 25mg/l. After the installation was completed, there were much fewer problems in OLED electroluminescence material project than those in leachate disposal project in DunHua City. On the one hand, that's because the difference in the wastewater property, on the other hand, a significantly reason was the deeply understanding and optimizeing for future work, which made the test run more smoothly. Thus it can be seen, although the design manual provides the design parameters to help the design of sewage treatment facilities and equipment, designers cannot completely rely on the manual parameters. Designers need to run based on past experience of repeated the same process to optimize the design parameters for the next time.In summary, the contact oxidation method and hydrolytic decomposition technics are now very popular combination of sewage treatment, how to design, debug this process is the focus. In order to achieve the standards designers had to consider well, select reasonable parameters and suitable facilities avoiding major mistakes. In addition, the debugging should be paid carefully patience and see the essence of the problems. Debugging well could be able to make up the shortcomings of design.
