The Developing Of 60KJ Stabilized Current Charging Electromagnetic Forming Machine Based On PLC

Electromagnetic forming is a new kind of electromagnetic processing technic developing lately in abroad at the end of 50's,it's another kind of high energy high-rate forming method after the explosive forming.Electromagnetic forming technology and the electromagnetic forming equipment occupies important position in national defence and every industry field.In USA,Japan and western Europe the electromagnetic forming equipment have been seriated and standardized,it has got the considerable economic effect.Electromagnetic forming studies is laboratory stage all the time at home.Developing out the 60 kJ new pattern electromagnetic forming machine with stabilized current charging function,has very important meaning to popularize the application of this process equipment.This paper proceeds to study the development of new pattern forming machine and its control system with using modern control theory and computer technology.The main contents are as follows:First,this thesis expatiates the research and development of 60KJ High-voltage Electromagnetic Forming Machine.The charging models have been presented and analyzed.And a model 60kJ High-voltage Electromagnetic Forming Machine has been completed.Second,the model machine's control system based on the PLC has been presented.Moreover,the circuit of voltage control system and stabilized current charging control system have been worked out.Third,the system's hardware and software have been designed and debugged. Hardware design includes switching charging power supply desiging,voltage comparison circuit desiging,IGBT and the drive circuit desiging,PLC equipment selection,PLC I/O address assigning,exterior input circuit designing,exterior output circuit designing,the joint circuit of A/D module and sensor etc.Software design includes ladder diagram program designing of the operation control system based on the hardware design,realized the functions of charging voltage setting,charging voltage control,stabilized current charging control etc under monitoring state.
