| Computer-aided design which we usually call CAD is a theory and method of the product's design and analysis by using the computer's computing and image processing capability. Using three-dimensional image to simulate the appearance of any woven fabric has become a new research direction and trend. This paper proposed a new stimulation platform of 3DSMAX by analyzing the deficiencies of existing CAD system in the respect of three-dimensional simulation on the basis of previous studies and achieved the development of B/S application environment with Asp.Net.On the processing of simulation, the subject achieved a fully automobile stimulation of three-elementary weaves, derivative weaves and united weaves through 3DSMAX MaxScript on the basis of Pierce theory. Meanwhile, some pictures of stimulation effect under every structure phase of three-elementary weaves were given by three-dimensional stimulation. There are three advantages in the stimulation process such as full-automatic, user-defined parameters, a real-time visibility and so on. Stimulation effects have the characteristics of strong texture,free geometric transform and true three-dimension.As to the application platform, this subject made use of B/S (Browser/Server) which is the most popular web application structure nowadays. Based on this structure, users can realize remote operation through browser directly, breakthrough the space constraints of traditional stand-alone software. The application of Asp.Net (C#) in program foreground provided this system with good securities and compatibilities.This system offered product developers, teaching and studying personnel and market staffs a display platform which is facile, strongly operationable and stereo stimulant of fabric forming. |
