In order to integrate several traditional decentralized functional systems in coal mine, we build a digital mine wireless communications integrated management system. The voice communication system is the most important part, which adopts VoIP technology based on wireless local area network and realizes coal mine underground/inoue wireless voice communications. The content of this paper is to realize embedded SIP terminal.In this paper, I have completed the establishment of hardware platform of embedded SIP terminal, the embedded development environment, the transplantation of embedded Linux operating system, the establishment of the root file system, the design of software architecture of embedded SIP terminal and the realization of the important modules. In accordance with the guiding ideology of actual requirement and easy implement, I design the system software based on event-driven. The SIP signaling processing module and the user program module are primarily realized.Then I carried out a test of embedded SIP terminal and digital mines wireless communication integrated management system.Through setting up a test network, I analyzed the process of the SIP signaling and a variety of SIP messages using Wireshark. Through ClearSight Analyzer I also analyzed the actual flow chart for registration, call setup, call removal of SIP terminal and the voice quality of the test network. I adopted overall indicators of VoIP Qos to evaluate the test network and then I carried out the analysis of packet loss, jitter, out of order packet delivery and delay.After the test of digital mines wireless communication integrated management system in my campus, we came to the ShangWan Coal Mine and actually tested the voice communication subsystem, then I analyzed the data of critical point of the voice communication's scope, obtained the deployment requirement of AP in coal mine. Through snatch at the wireless data packets during voice communications, I analyzed the access process and switching process of Wi-Fi phone in the WLAN. Test results show that the voice communication subsystem can work well in coal mine and reaches the desired objective.
