Leachate Treatment Project Planning For Solid Waste Plant In Changsha

Changsha City solid waste disposal, the only one dealing with life garbage, to a large extent occupies a key position and serves as the window of environmental protection particularly in solid waste treatment.However, the existing facilities for leachate treatment can no longer meet the needs of the existing deal and began to exert adverse effects the ecological environment around, even worse damage the ecological environment, resulting inestimable economic losses.As a consequence, it is urgent for the existing Changsha City solid waste disposal to implement some refoms of quality and quantity in leachate processing.In order to ensure the normal implementation of this renovation project, this article tend to combine planning and actual works together as follows:First of all, together with a comprehensive research involving technics, equipments, materials, site selection and environmental protection, and based on a standard for evaluating programs from some aspects like economic, environmental, resource utilization and risk, this thesis tries to establish the theory foundation for the leachate treatment in Changsha City Solid waste disposal.Secondly, taking the leachate treatment in Changsha City as a specific sample, this thesis would like to provide some practical planning solutions concerning the status quo, building models, management system and the form of investment.Then, by analyzing the mechanism and production that generated by leachate treatment and, with respect to all types of leachate treatment process, taking into account of the characteristics of Changsha City, this thesis aims to make some comparisons and choose one to provide technical planning for Changsha City.Finally, in order to reflect the objectivity and conscientiousness of this project planning, this thesis would conduct the eveluation from different aspects involving economic, social, environmental and risk which would prove the high feasibility of this project.
