A Study On Treatment Of Vitamin B₁₂-production Wastewater

Vitamin B₁₂-production wastewater is a kind of high concentrated organic wastewater, which contains a great variety of pollutants and complicated components, particularly high concentrated sulfate, which are hard to be biodegraded. In this thesis, vitamin B₁₂-production wastewater was treated by"Upflow Anaerobic Sludge Blanket Reactor(UASB)—Organism Contact-Oxidizing"in A Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Hebei.The largely industrialized UASB reactor realized quickly starting by the moving style of low concentration, high hydraulic loading and batch influent. The experimental results showed, when influent COD was 10984～13100mg/L, reactor stable operation, Made COD removal rate of the treatment system be up to 98.4 99%, and COD was 132 208mg/L.Thesis research findings can be of high concentration organic wastewater treatment to provide a useful reference and use for reference.
