Research On The Ecological Civilization Evaluation Index System Framework

The core of ecological civilization is the harmonious development of man and nature. The connotation of the ecological civilization includes the ecological material civilization, ecological consciousness civilization, ecological behavior civilization and ecological system civilization as four aspects. The importance of the recearch about ecological civilization evaluation index system is, the research results will be the guidance materials for the construction of ecological civilization, and can improve public recognition of the importance of ecological civilization, to construct ecological civilization development from everyone's dialy life. Base on this, after consulting to relevant documents, this research is trying to develop and promote the construction of ecological civilization evaluation system and provide some policy reference for relevant departments.First of all, ecological civilization the concept of ecological civilization and the study of evaluation method. Base on the analysis of domestic experts'discussion about the connotation of ecological civilization, this chapter made the defination on the basic concept of ecological civilization; proposed the research target is developing and perfecting evaluation method in ecological civilization evaluation and build the evaluation system framework with the behavior of people as the core index.Secondly, the study of ecological civilization evaluation system theory and method. This chapter summarized the related theory of ecological civilization evaluation system and the ecological construction results can be used for reference. According to the connotation of ecological civilization, this research proposed man as the core of ecological civilization, and the ecological behavior civilization as the core content of the ecological civilization evaluation.Thirdly, ecological civilization evaluation system is established. This chapter according to the basic principles of the system building, established ecological civilization evaluation index system, discussed the ecological system civilization, ecological behavior civilization, ecological consciousness civilization, as well as the regional development which was involve in as independent evaluation factors.Forthly, ecological civilization evaluation method. This chapter introduces according to analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weights of the index; the process of grading method of evaluation index; and comprehensive evaluation score calculation method.Finally, the discussion and prospect. This chapter first introduced the recearch advantage and applicable range of this ecological civilization evaluation index system, then analyses the possibility evaluation results'policy meaning, and at last, base on the questions found in the study made the discussion and prospect.
