| Spindle is an important part on spinning machine, mainly for the textile in the process of twisting moves; the dynamic characteristics of the spindle directly impact the quality of yarn. At present, under-elastic support system is generally used for spindle, spindles produced in our country are unable to adapt today's world of high-speed spindle trend, because the spindle is not long life, yarn quality is low, production efficiency is slow.Structural characteristics of the JSD71 spindle are detailed analysis on this paper first, various parts of the function are introduced, and its dynamic characteristics, vibration, noise, power–three aspect requirements are suggested.Core problem of high-speed rotating spindle is that the vibration principle, it is necessary to ensure the quality of yarn for textile equipment, so this paper studies on the high-speed spindle vibration principle, analysis vibration reason step by step, theoretical deduced, which provide a full range of theoretical support. Thesis is mainly based on the work of virtual prototyping technology platform, to a key component of spindle shaft of spindle for simulation, their modal frequency at different simulating speed are analysis, to explore and determine its critical speed at different simulating speed, so as to provide a good theoretical guidance for spindle manufacturers. Finally, the spindle-top displacement and acceleration tests of spindle experiment scheme are designed, providing comparative material for the simulation data. |
